
Job Description : Submit attendance summary with compelte supporting documents (Biometric Attendance sheet, Leave Balances, New Joiner list, Leaver list, revised package employee list etc.). Get attendance and prepare reports as per agreed format on daily basis of all business entities and submit to HOD HR for review and monitor (Attendance , Leaves, Absent, Biometric reports etc.). To maintain employee records with 100% accuracy. To maintain and update Leave records of employees in Excel as per company policy. Monitor inventory levels and requisition or purchase supplies as needed of general items Responsible to keep compelte record of payroll related documents month wise. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department Job Specification : Sound knowledge of HR C B function and timely execution of HR Operational activities Good Communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office Expertise in Administration management Problem Solving and Decision Making skills
