Job Description : Job Description: Real Estate Administrative Coordinator (Karachi Office) Company: DUA Properties Location: Karachi, Pakistan Department: Operations Administration Type: Full-time (Office Based) About the Role As DUA Properties expands its operations from Dubai to Karachi, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Coordinator to join our Karachi backend team. This position is responsible for supporting Dubai-based real estate operations, handling administrative tasks, coordinating marketing activities, and assisting clients in Pakistan who are interested in buying properties in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing daily tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent communication with our Dubai office and local clients. Key Responsibilities 1. Dubai Real Estate Administrative Support Prepare, review, and manage Dubai real estate documents such as listing forms, sales agreements, addendums, tenancy contracts, and compliance files. Upload and update listings on Dubai portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.). Coordinate with Dubai-based developers, agents, and clients for appointments, project updates, and documentation requirements. Assist with RERA/Trakheesi requirements, project registrations, and compliance submissions. Track transaction timelines (from inquiry to handover) and maintain accurate records. 2. Karachi Backend Operations Support Karachi-based marketing and administrative functions as DUA Properties transitions part of its operations to Pakistan. Manage CRM entries, databases, client follow-up logs, and lead tracking systems. Assist the marketing team with content coordination, social media scheduling, and campaign planning. Prepare reports and dashboards for management, including weekly activity summaries and client status updates. Work closely with HR, finance, and support teams on operational tasks as required. 3. Client Assistance Coordination (Pakistan Market) Guide Pakistan-based clients interested in investing in Dubai properties by providing accurate project information, brochures, payment plans, and appointment scheduling. Respond professionally to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social platforms. Assist in arranging virtual or in-person meetings with Dubai agents or developers. Maintain high standards of customer service while ensuring accurate communication of Dubai market trends. 4. Office Administration Support Manage daily office tasks, filing systems, inventory supplies, and coordination with vendors. Handle internal communication between Dubai HQ and Karachi office. Assist senior management with operational tasks, presentations, and administrative planning. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
