Job Description : We re hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer / Team Lead to own end-to-end delivery across web + mobile apps and backend systems. This is a full-time, long-term role (not on-demand/freelance) for someone who has built large, product-based, real-time platforms and can lead a team with strong engineering standards. You ll work on modern applications similar in complexity to real-time tracking, logistics/dispatch, marketplace platforms, payments, notifications, and high-traffic user apps including solutions where software connects with and controls physical/connected products (e.g., device communication, IP-based connections, status monitoring, remote actions). What You ll Do (Responsibilities) Lead development of web + mobile + backend modules with a hands-on approach. Own and drive system architecture for scalable, secure, and maintainable products. Build and maintain web apps (React/Next.js or similar) and ensure high-quality UI/UX. Build and maintain mobile apps (Flutter or React Native) for iOS and Android. Develop robust backend services REST APIs (and GraphQL where relevant). Implement real-time features (WebSockets, Firebase, pub/sub, queues) such as live tracking, status updates, chat, dispatch, and alerts. Design and manage databases (SQL/NoSQL), data models, migrations, caching, and performance tuning. Integrate payments, maps, geolocation, push notifications, authentication, and third-party services. Work on connected/physical product integrations: IP/device connectivity, device status monitoring, remote commands, and secure communication Handling intermittent connectivity, retries, device logs, telemetry, and uptime monitoring Set up and improve CI/CD pipelines, release processes, testing practices, and code quality gates. Lead sprint planning, estimation, technical decision-making, and cross-team collaboration. Mentor developers, run code reviews, enforce clean coding standards, and improve team output. Required Experience Skills (Must-Have) 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development (minimum 5 years required). Proven experience as a Team Lead / Senior Engineer leading delivery across multiple projects. Strong expertise in: Frontend (Web): React.js / Next.js, TypeScript, state management, performance optimization Mobile: Flutter or React Native (experience with both is a plus) Backend: Node.js / NestJS, Python (FastAPI/Django), or similar modern backend stack Strong knowledge of REST APIs, API security, versioning, and documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI). Real experience with scalable production systems (high traffic, large data, complex business logic). Experience with real-time systems: WebSockets, socket servers, event-driven architecture, queues. Database expertise: PostgreSQL/MySQL, plus MongoDB/Redis (or equivalents). Comfortable with cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), deployments, monitoring, and logs. Strong understanding of authentication/authorization (JWT/OAuth, role-based access, secure sessions). Solid engineering practices: testing, code review, Git workflows, clean architecture, SOLID principles. AI Experience (Required/Preferred) We want someone who can build practical AI-powered features, such as: Integrating AI APIs (LLMs) for chat, automation, summarization, search, and support workflows Building smart recommendations, ranking, or predictive insights (where applicable) Using embeddings/vector search and AI-assisted data pipelines is a plus (You don t need to be a data scientist practical product AI integration is what matters.) Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills) Microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, serverless, message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ/SQS). GraphQL, gRPC, or event sourcing (where relevant). IoT/device communication patterns (secure device handshake, telemetry, device provisioning). Experience with product domains like logistics, dispatch, marketplace, delivery, tracking, device control, or operations platforms.
