We partner with established med spas across the U.S., helping them consistently fill calendars with pre-qualified patients for aesthetic and wellness treatments. Our approach combines paid advertising with structured communication workflows, ensuring high-intent bookings, reduced no-shows, and more predictable revenue growth. Role Overview: The SDR is responsible for initiating first contact with U.S. med spas, conducting professional outbound calls, handling objections, and booking qualified Zoom appointments for our Sales Closer. This is a high-communication, high-consistency role that requires discipline, clarity, and confidence when speaking with business owners and decision-makers. Key Responsibilities: Make 150 200 outbound calls/day to U.S. med spas. Speak with owners, managers, or decision-makers to introduce Elvara s solutions. Schedule qualified appointments and send confirmations/reminders to ensure high attendance. Record call outcomes, lead statuses, and notes in the CRM (GoHighLevel). Participate in team call reviews, training, and performance improvement sessions.
