Job Description : Im looking for a highly skilled and performance-driven Creative Producer / Creative Expert to own the creation, management, and optimization of ad creatives for paid and organic media. This role is not about making things look good. Its about producing high-performing creatives that convert. You will be responsible for UGC strategy, video editing, graphic design, creative direction, copywriting, scriptwriting and AI-based UGC creation, while working closely with media buying and performance goals. Role Responsibilities: Produce high-converting ad creatives + copies for paid and organic social (Meta, TikTok, etc.). Edit short-form videos optimized for performance (UGC-style, ads-first). Design static and motion creatives aligned with direct-response principles. Manage and source UGC creators or raw UGC assets when needed. Develop creative angles, hooks, and iterations based on performance data. Create AI-generated UGC and synthetic creatives where appropriate. Maintain a consistent creative testing pipeline with fast turnaround. Organize creatives, versions, and learnings clearly for performance tracking. Requirements: Proven experience producing creatives for paid ads (not organic-only). Strong skills in: Video editing (short-form, ad-first) Graphic design for performance ads UGC creation and creative strategy Copywriting and script writing Understanding of what makes ad creatives convert (hooks, pacing, structure). Experience using or experimenting with AI tools for UGC or creative production. Ability to work quickly without sacrificing performance quality. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). High attention to detail and ability to follow structured creative processes. Familiarity with performance metrics (CTR, thumb-stop rate, CPA). Experience managing multiple creative iterations and testing cycles.
