Job Description : Job Overview We are looking an experienced Skincare/ Cosmetic Formulation Quality Chemist to manage formulation review, ingredient compliance, and quality assurance of skincare and nutra products. The role involves ensuring compliance with PSQCA, DRAP, Pakistan Standard and International Cosmetics Standards , maintaining product consistency, and supporting high-quality manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Review, evaluate, and approve formulations for creams, lotions, serums, sunscreens, and skincare products. Verify raw materials for safety, stability, efficacy, and regulatory compliance Conduct quality control, stability testing, and performance evaluation Ensure compliance with PSQCA, DRAP, FDA, Pakistan Standard and EU cosmetic regulations (where applicable) Maintain formulation records, COAs, test reports, and regulatory documentation Coordinate with production, procurement, and R D teams Identify and resolve formulation or quality-related issues Job Specification : Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or Pharmaceutical Sciences 2 5 years of relevant experience in cosmetic/skincare and Nutra formulation/quality Strong knowledge of cosmetic actives, preservatives, botanicals, and UV filters Familiarity with regulatory documentation and quality systems Formulation Development Quality Control Testing Stability Testing Good Manufacturing Practices Analytical Instrumentation Regulatory Compliance Microbiological Testing Ingredient Compatibility Analysis Documentation and Batch Record Review Product Safety Evaluation High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Gas Chromatography (GC) HPLC Method Development HPLC Data Analysis Software Validation of Analytical Methods Chromatographic Method Development Quantitative Analysis using HPLC Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Adherence Ingredient Compatibility Testing High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
