
Job Description : I'm looking for an full-time experienced and performance-driven Media Buyer to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns with a strong focus on tracking, attribution, and conversion performance. This role is execution-focused. You will be responsible for launching, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns while ensuring clean tracking, accurate attribution, and reliable data across platforms. Role Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, or similar platforms). Set up and maintain accurate tracking (Pixel, CAPI, GA4, UTMs, event mapping). Ensure proper attribution and data integrity across ad platforms and analytics tools. Optimize campaigns based on performance data (CPA, ROAS, AOV, conversion rates). Build and maintain basic marketing flows and automations (email/SMS) where needed. Identify performance bottlenecks and proactively suggest improvements. Maintain clear reporting on campaign performance and key metrics. Requirements: Proven experience as a Media Buyer managing paid campaigns at scale. Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and analytics (Pixel, CAPI, GA4 etc.). Hands-on experience with conversion optimization and performance analysis. Experience setting up or working with basic email/SMS flows and automations. Ability to work independently and take ownership of results. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
