Think of it like being a middleman - we find good deals and connect buyers with sellers globally. Job Specification : THE JOB (In Simple Terms) You ll learn to: Find suppliers offering industrial materials at good prices Contact international buyers (companies in Malaysia, China, UAE, etc.) Negotiate prices to make profit Coordinate shipping and documentation Close deals worth $10,000-50,000 each We ll teach you everything about: The materials we trade (plastic scrap, polymer materials) How international shipping works Import-export documentation How to calculate margins and pricing Supplier and buyer negotiation tactics This is a SALES job with: 60% talking to potential buyers (finding deals, closing sales) 30% talking to suppliers (getting quotes, negotiating prices) 10% paperwork (tracking deals, documentation) WHO WE RE LOOKING FOR MUST HAVE: Sales Experience (Required): 2-3 years in B2B sales or business development Proven track record of hitting sales targets Commission-based experience (you ve earned based on results before) Comfortable cold calling, following up, and closing deals Communication Skills: Fluent English (speaking and writing) - you ll talk to international clients daily Fast responder (reply to messages within 30 minutes-1 hour) Good negotiator (can handle pushback and still close deals) Personal Traits: Self-motivated (no one will babysit you) Fast learner (you ll learn a new industry from scratch) Comfortable with targets and pressure Okay with irregular hours (clients are in different time zones) Technical Skills: Good with Excel/Google Sheets Comfortable with email, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools Can create professional documents and presentations BONUS (Nice to Have): Export/import experience of any kind Worked with international clients before Experience in trading, procurement, or supply chain Engineering or business degree (but not required) WHAT YOU DON T NEED You DON T need polymer/plastic industry experience - we ll teach you You DON T need import-export experience - we ll teach you You DON T need shipping/logistics knowledge - we ll teach you What you DO need: Sales skills, hustle, and ability to learn fast.
