Job Description : Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed consultations with potential clients for Canada Skilled Immigration . Assess client eligibility based on age, education, work experience, IELTS, and ECA requirements. Recommend suitable immigration pathways such as Express Entry , PNP , or Job Offer based programs . Convert qualified leads into confirmed clients through confident communication and persuasive sales techniques. Stay updated with Canadian immigration policies , CRS updates, and program changes. Coordinate with documentation and processing teams for seamless application management. Maintain and update CRM systems regularly with client information, follow-ups, and consultation details. Build long-term client relationships through consistent engagement and service quality. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Eligibility Criteria: Age: 28 35 years Gender: Open (Male/Female based on expertise) Education: Bachelor s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field) Ownership Restriction: Candidate must not own or operate any business in immigration consultancy or any other field. Salary: 70k-100k based on experience Job Specification : Required Skills Qualifications: Minimum 2 3 years of proven experience in Canada Skilled Immigration sales .
