Job Description : SDR Manager (Team Lead U.S.-Based Sales) | 70K 100K Base + High Bonus Potential) Location: Faisal Town, Lahore (On-site) Shift Timing: 7:00 PM 3:00 AM (Pakistan Time) Type: Full-time About the Role We re hiring a SDR Manager to lead and coach our team of Proven Closers selling digital marketing and website development services to U.S.-based clients. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who can manage daily performance, ensure target achievement, and personally contribute to key deals. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage 3 5 SDRs focused on U.S.-based outbound sales. Track performance metrics (calls, meetings, deals) and ensure team targets are met. Provide live coaching, call feedback, and daily performance guidance. Handle high-value opportunities and assist in complex deal closures. Collaborate with HR/Admin for attendance, incentives, and payouts. Report daily KPIs to management and implement continuous improvement processes. Requirements 3 5 years of outbound sales experience with at least 1 year in a team lead or managerial role. Proven track record of managing and motivating B2B sales teams targeting U.S.-based clients. Excellent English communication and leadership skills. Strong CRM and data analysis abilities. Capable of working the U.S. night shift (7 PM 3 AM Pakistan Time). Driven to exceed both team and personal performance goals. Compensation Benefits Base Salary: 70,000 100,000 PKR/month (based on experience). Team Bonus Overrides: 10 15% of total team revenue.
