Job Description : Key Responsibilities Content Strategy Creation: Develop a comprehensive social media content calendar that aligns with our marketing campaigns and business objectives. Create and schedule platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook, ensuring each post is tailored to the audience and format of the channel. This includes writing engaging captions and copy that drive engagement and brand awareness, designing or editing visual assets (images, infographics, short videos) for posts, and collaborating with designers or writers as needed to produce high-quality content. Ensure all content adheres to our brand guidelines and conveys a consistent voice and message across platforms. Continuously brainstorm new content ideas (reels, stories, articles, etc.) to increase follower engagement and reach. Paid Advertising Campaigns: Plan, set up, and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions. This includes using Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and other relevant ad platforms. Create targeted ad campaigns from selecting objectives and defining audience targeting, to crafting ad copy and choosing creatives and optimize them for best performance. Monitor ad budgets, bids, and performance metrics (CPM, CPC, conversion rates, etc.) regularly, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI. Run A/B tests on ad creatives and audience segments to continually improve results. Ensure all ads comply with platform policies and reflect our brand messaging. Work closely with the content team so that organic and paid efforts are aligned, ensuring a cohesive strategy. Analytics Reporting: Track and analyze key social media metrics across all channels to gauge performance and inform strategy. Monitor metrics such as follower growth, post reach, impressions, engagement rate, click-through rate, lead conversions, and ROI on paid campaigns. Utilize platform analytics (Instagram Insights, Facebook Insights, TikTok Analytics, LinkedIn analytics) and tools like Google Analytics to understand user behavior and the impact of social media on web traffic or lead generation. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports summarizing social media activities, successes, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations for example, identify what content themes or formats perform best, optimal posting times, or which ad creatives yield the highest conversion. Use these insights to refine the content strategy and social campaigns on an ongoing basis. Present findings and insights to the marketing team and company leadership regularly. Stay alert to changes in platform algorithms or policies and adjust strategy accordingly to maintain or improve performance. Strategy, Research Collaboration: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices, especially as they relate to the consulting/professional services industry. Continuously research our competitors social media presence and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for differentiation. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams work with the content writers to align on blog posts or articles that can be promoted on social, coordinate with the graphic design/multimedia team for creating visually appealing content, and partner with the consulting/business development team to highlight relevant services or promotions. Ensure that our social media initiatives support broader marketing and sales goals. Act as the internal subject matter expert on social media, advising the company on emerging platforms or tactics (such as new features on Instagram or TikTok) that we can leverage. Use internal tools like Notion to plan and document content calendars, campaign plans, and process workflows, ensuring transparency and team collaboration. If applicable, leverage AI tools (such as Google s Gemini AI or other content generation tools) to brainstorm content ideas, draft posts, or analyze audience feedback for patterns maximizing efficiency and creativity in the content creation process. Lastly, because this is a remote role, maintain proactive communication with the team through virtual meetings, progress updates, and collaboration platforms, ensuring alignment and addressing any challenges quickly despite not being in a physical office.
