Job Description : Job Description : Maxim International (Pvt) Ltd., established in 2009, is a leading agricultural and livestock company in Pakistan, formed through a joint venture with European Agro Ventures, Babar Ali Foundation, and The Blue Link, Netherlands. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Marketing and Trade to join our dynamic team in Lahore. Core Responsibilities: Marketing Communications Function: Oversee the development, production and distribution of all Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing collateral, including brochures, technical product literature, farmer handbooks, and print advertisements. Ensure all communication materials maintain brand consistency, technical accuracy, and legal compliance. Lead internal communications to the sales force, ensuring they are comprehensively informed and equipped with compelling talking points, presentation decks and early information regarding new product launches and trade schemes. Coordinate with regional vendors and media agencies for targeted, trade-focused advertising placements as well as media and press for events. Assist the Marketing Communications Manager in campaign tasks and processes, planning and execution. Trade Scheme Design Execution: Develop and implement seasonal and thematic trade promotional schemes, loyalty programs and volume incentive schemes targeted at distributors, retailers, and channel partners. Conduct pre- and post-analysis of all trade schemes, calculating ROI and effectiveness in partnership with the finance department to inform future investments. Ensure all schemes are communicated clearly, accurately, and on time across the sales ecosystem. Point-of-Sale (POS) Merchandising: Manage the entire lifecycle of POS materials (signage, display racks, standees, flyers etc) from conceptualization and vendor selection to production and logistical deployment. Collaborate with field and office team to manage the inventory of POS materials and ensure timely dispatch to region based on scheme uptake and demand forecasting. Develop merchandising guidelines and conduct periodic audits (in collaboration with the field team) to ensure execution quality and brand consistency at the retail level. Sales and Market Intelligence: Serve as the primary marketing liaison for the Sales team, equipping them with necessary trade tools, presentation decks and product knowledge relevant to trade partners. Track and analyze competitor trade activities, schemes, and pricing structures in key markets, providing periodic reports to management. Manage the allocated trade marketing budget, ensuring spend efficiency and adherence to financial protocols and procedures of Maxim Agri.
