Job Description : Digital Marketing Content Specialist (Remote) Role Summary We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Digital Marketing Content Specialist to take full, independent ownership of our daily content strategy, social media engagement, and critical website redevelopment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving digital growth and the technical ability to execute complex website updates. Location: Fully Remote Type : Full-Time, Paid Position Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Web Redesign Management (40%): Website Overhaul: Lead a comprehensive redesign of an existing website project, specifically redesigning key sections Service Detailing: Architect, write, and publish detailed, persuasive content Maintenance SEO: Ensure the website content remains current, accurate, and optimized for search engine visibility and mobile performance. 2. Content Strategy, Creation Social Media Ownership (60%): Content Strategy Creation: Manage the entire content lifecycle, from high-level strategy and scheduling to daily creation and posting for all major platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc). Brand Voice: Ensure all digital output aligns with the professionalism, and commitment to our brand while also comsidering market sentiment. Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze social media and web traffic data, and iterate on strategies to drive lead generation and client engagement. Qualifications Requirements Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, Content Management, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proven ability to manage and edit website content management systems (CMS) and strong proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) for high-volume content creation. Communication: Excellent English writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex educational processes clearly and persuasively. Independence: Proven ability to manage a full-time workload independently, meet strict deadlines, and thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced setting.
