Job Description : About the Role We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant D365 Finance Supply Chain to join our growing team. This is a strategic role where you will lead the functional delivery of both financial and supply chain modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operations (F O). you will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, implement process improvements, and ensure successful project delivery across financial operations and supply chain workflows. Key Responsibilities Finance Domain Configure GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Intercompany accounting Automate and validate COGS and inventory clearing accounts Correct misconfigured posting profiles and reverse incorrect transactions Document finance SOPs and deliver user training Supply Chain Domain Design and implement workflows for inventory movements, transfer orders, and cycle counts Resolve issues in item master data, including unit prices and UOMs Optimize intercompany PO/SO trade flows Implement inventory reconciliation and shortage/excess correction routines Collaborate with warehouse teams for process mapping and improvements Cross-Functional Gather business requirements and convert them into functional specifications Lead UAT, user training sessions, and SOP documentation Work closely with technical consultants for integration, reporting, and automation Support business users during stabilization and post-go-live support Job Specification : Must-Have Skills 5+ years of hands-on D365 F O experience across Finance and SCM modules Minimum 2 full-cycle D365 implementations in both Finance and Supply Chain domains Strong expertise in: Intercompany configurations Posting profile design Inventory journals and reconciliation Cost accounting and COGS logic Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with D365 Data Management Framework (DMF) Familiarity with Power BI or embedded D365 reporting Microsoft certifications: MB-310 (Finance) MB-330 (SCM) Job Rewards and Benefits : Health Insurance
