Job Description : Job Description : Alina Telehealth, LLC, located in Missouri City, Texas, is a pioneering provider of telehealth services dedicated to enhancing healthcare accessibility and quality. We are looking for an experienced RCM Billing Specialist with strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, claims processing, A/R follow-up, denial management, EOB review, and payer reimbursement rules. The ideal candidate understands end-to-end revenue cycle management and is proficient with EMR/EHR systems. Responsibilities : Manage medical billing workflows, including charge entry, coding accuracy, and claim submission. Perform A/R follow-up, track unpaid claims, and resolve denials with insurance payers. Review EOBs, payment posting, and reconcile billing discrepancies. Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure clean claims and timely revenue capture. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, CMS guidelines, CPT/ICD-10 coding, and payer-specific billing requirements. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly RCM performance reports. Job Specification : 2 3+ years of experience in medical billing or RCM operations. Experience with EMR/EHR systems. Proficiency and understanding of intricacies of different specialties is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of denial management, AR recovery, payer portals, and billing workflows. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Certification in medical billing or coding is an advantage.
