We specialize in digital marketing, branding, web development, and SaaS growth. We are expanding our remote team and are looking for a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage and optimize multi-platform paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with ad platforms and able to manage campaigns independently while coordinating with design and content teams. Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms Manage ads on Meta (Facebook Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest Audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel setup Budget management and performance optimization A/B testing of creatives and ad copies Tracking conversions using pixels and analytics tools Weekly performance reporting and insights Basic SEO coordination for on-page and content support Working with multiple client accounts and campaigns This is a remote, work-from-home position. Candidate must have own laptop/PC and stable internet connection. Immediate joining is required. Job Specification : Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook Instagram) Working knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads Audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies Conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics setup Campaign optimization and performance monitoring Basic SEO knowledge (on-page and content coordination) Ability to analyze reports and suggest improvements Good communication skills in English Ability to work independently in remote environment Time management and multitasking skills Immediate availability preferred
