Job Description : Job Summary We are a real estate company looking for a responsible Cold Caller to perform a variety of tasks and support our team including but not limited to details listed below in the Responsibilities and Duties section. This is a full-time position.Hours are 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (US Eastern time zone), Monday through Friday. Responsibilities and Duties Connect and build rapport with new lead acquisition by managing and nurturing qualified leads. Process leads on Podio (CMR) and disposition complying with department standards and procedures. Document all lead information in Podio (CRM) including but not limited to: comments, updates on lead follow-up, and entering new business leads Disposition leads on Podio to send contracts in the negotiation process. Responsible for their own time clock (Hubstaff). Achieve department KPI (key performance indicator) metrics. Respond to all emails from upper management in a timely manner Announce yourself when you clock in, clock out and break. Keep updated on upcoming coaching sent via text or video (Loom) on Teams Sales Chat. Develop and execute negotiating tactics to close deals. Attend all sales meetings on time and with camera turned on. Job Specification : Qualifications and Skills Must be able to learn and assess new software independently. Must have good spelling and grammar writing skills for documentation purposes. Must have a reliable internet connection. Completion of an internet speed test (it's required). Upload: 5.00 Mbp, Download: 10.00 Mbps. Noise canceling headsets are a must, we can work with them if they don't have noise canceling headsets provided they get them promptly. Must be trainable and be able to listen and participate while being coached.
