We are seeking a Night shift Vicidial / Linux Support Engineer with 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Richmond, supporting our operations in the accounting industry. Responsibilities : - Provide technical support for Vicidial systems and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance. - Monitor Linux servers and perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure system stability. - Collaborate with team members to implement system improvements and enhancements. - Assist in the configuration and management of VoIP systems and telecommunications networks. - Document and maintain support procedures and system configurations.
